The Discover the Delta Foundation Education Center will describe the natural resources of the Delta including geology, soils, and water. It will explain how they have been affected and used by humans throughout history. The intent of the Education Center is to provide factual information without politicising or philosophising the facts. The Education Center will provide information about ongoing scientific research in the region regarding air and water quality, habitat enhancement and regeneration, aquatic and terrestrial species health, and effects of climate change on land and water uses in the Delta.
